Treetop Walk in Lake Manyara

When visiting Lake Manyara National Park, we strongly suggest embarking on one of the many optional activities offered. A top choice is the treetop walk located near the park gate. Here you can rise into the canopy, walking across 8 suspension bridges connected by sturdy platforms. As you move between the towering trees, you’ll hear the rustling of leaves in the breeze, the distant calls of monkeys, and the songs of hornbills, kingfishers, and sunbirds. Below, glimpses of winding rivers and dense forests give you a whole new perspective of the park. This is your chance to slow down, take it all in, and see the wilderness from above.
