Your home in the heart of the Serengeti
The Serengeti fits well into most people’s dream of an African safari, with its abundant wildlife, vast golden plains, iconic acacia trees, and kopjes. Nyota Luxury Tented Camp is nestled in the heart of the Serengeti and we are blessed to have the Orangi river meandering along our camp’s borders.  Nyota (rhymes with water) means ‘stars’ in Swahili.  Whilst on safari, we spend a lot of time searching the bush, the horizon, the trees, and the geological landforms but we often forget to look above, where an ethereal world silently sparkles.

OUR CAMP

Nyota Luxury Camp currently comprises 10 spacious guest tents. This allows us to provide an intimate and personal service to all. Each tent is built with your comfort and privacy in mind.

The tents are built on hard wood platforms. They have wooden floors, wooden partitions (to separate the main living space from the bathroom) and a wooden wraparound veranda that includes a private outside shower.
